This advance course has a 40-hour Safety Program Management & Audit System (formerly known as Safety Program Audit) which focuses on understanding the programs in OSH from establishing to auditing its performance.

A safety audit is done at work sites to determine the efficiency, reliability & effectiveness of the health and safety procedures. These are done to ensure that the company’s day to day activities comply with safety regulations. A gap analysis is designed to promote safety and eliminate incidents in your business, leading to improved productivity and profitability.

While the additional 8-hours training in Behavioral-Based Safety is the base foundation of OSH Programming wherein you will need to ensure the relationship of every individuals in an organization by managing human behaviors in a workplace.
